EVAN FOX – BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting your booking request, you agree to the following terms and conditions for booking Evan Fox for your event. Please read these terms carefully before completing the booking process.

1. PERFORMANCE DETAILS

  • Event Date and Time: The Client agrees to provide the exact date, time, and venue for the Performance. Any changes must be approved by both parties in writing.

  • Performance Duration: The standard Performance lasts 1-2 hours, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Setup and Soundcheck: The Artist will arrive 30-60 minutes prior to the event for setup and soundcheck. The Client must provide a suitable space and time for this.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure the Artist for the event.

  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the total performance fee is due day of the event date.

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Cash or Cash.

  • Late Payment: Late payments will incur after a 24 hour grace period at 10% or $100, of the original invoice amount, whichever is greater, will be added to the invoice, payable immediately. An additional 5% will be added monthly from date of performance to the invoice.

3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

  • Artist Cancellation: If the Artist is unable to perform due to illness or emergency, the Client will be refunded any payments made.

  • Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the artist more than 60 days before the event, 25% of the booking fee will be refunded. If canceled within 30-60 days of the event, the Client will not be refunded the booking fee. If the client cancels of artist with less than 30 days notice the artist requires full payment from the client.

  • Rescheduling: Artist or agent is not responsible for cancellation due to acts of God, serious illness, death or injury. Both parties will work to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any rescheduling is subject to the Artist’s availability within reason. 

  • Booking Fee Credit: Pending Artist approval for cancelations more than 30 days from performance date can be credited to a rebooking within 30 days of original performance booking date. Any rescheduling is subject to the Artist’s availability within reason.

4. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Venue Performance

    • Venue and Equipment: The Client must provide the necessary sound equipment, lighting, and stage setup. Access to a 110 Outlet required. If additional equipment or personnel are required from the Artist, the Client will cover all associated costs.

    • Backstage Area: The Client agrees to provide a private, secure area for the Artist and crew to prepare before and after the Performance, including water, snacks, and basic amenities.

  • Private Performance

    • Venue and Equipment: The Client must provide a level performance area on a platform or solid ground. Grass and Dirt stages are not acceptable. Access to a 110 Outlet required. If additional equipment or personnel are required from the Artist, the Client will cover all associated costs.

5. TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Travel Costs: The Client agrees to cover all travel-related expenses for the Artist and crew, including transportation and accommodations.

  • Hotel Accommodations: If the event requires overnight stays, the Client will provide reasonable hotel accommodations for the Artist and crew.

  • Parking Accommodations: Within reason provide unloading/loading and parking accommodations near event//performance space.

6. PROMOTION AND MARKETING

  • Client’s Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for promoting the event through advertising, social media, and ticket sales. The Artist’s name and likeness may be used in marketing materials.

  • Artist’s Rights: The Artist may also promote the event through his social media and other promotional channels.

7. AUDIENCE CONDUCT

The Client agrees to maintain a safe and respectful environment for the Artist and audience. Any disruptive or abusive behavior towards the Artist will result in an immediate termination of the Performance, with no refund of fees and full payment of original contract.

8. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

  • Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Artist harmless from any claims or damages arising from the Performance, including injury or property damage.

  • Insurance: The Client is responsible for securing appropriate event insurance, as the Artist is not responsible for any damages or injuries during the event.

9. AMENDMENTS AND GOVERNING LAW

  • Modifications: Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

  • Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Illinois.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through the Firm of the Artists choice.
